Performs all of the
administrative functions of Quick Lane facility. Operates facility in accordance with all
company policies and requirements.
Supervises and monitors all work within Quick Lane facility. Ensures that work is performed in a
professional manner and that all work meets customer expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures high
quality service is provided to every customer; maintains a clean, professional
- Ensures customer
satisfaction by managing Quick Lane operations so that work flows smoothly and
- Maintains high
ethical standards in daily activities.
- Departs from
traditional ways of doing things as appropriate to ensure maximum customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitors the
flow of work in the Quick Lane and intervenes as needed to ensure work is
- Works with Service Advisor to ensure customer
performance of Quick Lane by establishing clearly stated goals and standards.
- Builds a winning
team by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, motivating, and
rewarding Quick Lane employees.
- Directs and
schedules the activities of all Quick Lane employees.
- Monitors and
evaluates employee performance within the Quick Lane regularly, providing
feedback, disciplinary actions, training, and career guidance as necessary.
- Ensures that
Quick Lane employees are properly trained and up to date on all technical
- Monitors Quick Lane order trends (number of Quick Lane
orders completed and dollar sales per Quick Lane order).
- Ensures a positive working environment for employees.
- Develops a team
atmosphere both within the Quick Lane and across other departments.
- Follows all

customers to ensure they are satisfied with service.
- Promotes cooperation and teamwork
among all service employees.

- Solicits, encourages, and
implements innovative methods/ideas to improve service and performance.
- Prioritizes work to ensure all
deadlines are met.
- Handles customer complaints that
require management's attention.

- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Two years of experience in a dealership
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical
- Sales experience preferred.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent oral and written communication
